Daniël is born and raised in The Netherlands and is currently based in Amsterdam. He produced music for 15 years and retired at the height of his music career right after his last performance in 2015 at the legendary and mythical
Berghain nightclub in Berlin, Germany.

Nowadays, Daniël runs his own record label Jadac Recordings, is still producing music and also works for the biggest sports brand in the world at its European headquarters. Furthermore, he is an outdoor and urban travel photographer. After his first ever solo journey to the Faroe Islands, he completely cured from automatic negative thoughts and has since grown into a Realistic Optimist. Through his visual storytelling, he is not only sharing his most intimate moments of natural and urban environments, but also wants to make people to be more aware of the positive side effects when being in the beautiful outdoor world.
